Return & Refund Policy

Each Rivalry Week Outfitters product is printed on demand according to the exact specifications selected at the time of order. This allows us to create customized products just for you, but it also means that we cannot accept returns for reasons outside of manufacturing issues or defects.

We only accept returns or exchanges if the item meets one of the following criteria:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect.
  • The item was damaged during shipment.
  • The item has a printing error or other defect.

How to Submit a Claim

To assist you as quickly as possible, please contact us at support@rivalryweek.com within 15 days of receiving your order if you notice any of the issues listed above. Kindly include your order number and photos of the item to help us process your request efficiently.

Please do not ship any items back to our corporate or warehouse locations, as we do not provide return shipping labels for orders.
